Notification of Zoning Requests

Hillsborough County provides notice of several rezoning applications and variances  and select other notices that impact the neighborhood. The application can be researched at the PGM Store. The PGM Store is one of the best tools for tracking the progress of a rezoning or variance request . Some records will not appear in the second link. Once you are logged into the PGM store there will be helpful guidance. Often when searching the application you will not include the letters (ie VAR) There is a tutorial on the page.

The following land use hearing requests , variances, and rezoning requests  reflect the initial notice the Town ‘N Country Park Civic Associations received as the Neighborhood association of record. This is NOT part of the legal process and should be used for informational purposes only.  We will not post the updated information as the matter progresses through the hearing process. 

Utilizing the link to the  PGM store you can track the application process and hearing date updates. The initial public hearing date can change at any time and should be verified in the PGM store
